2. Accounts and Access You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate and current information. Koaxing reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation.

3. Payments and Subscriptions All plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payment obligations are non-cancelable, and fees paid are non-refundable. You authorize Koaxing to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees.

4. Intellectual Property All content, software, and trademarks within Koaxing are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

5. Service Availability We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may result in temporary downtime.

6. AI Assistant Usage Our AI assistants are trained for business automation and productivity. You agree not to misuse AI features or use them to spread misinformation, spam, or unethical content.

7. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, especially for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability Koaxing is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services. Use is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services after updates means you agree to the revised Terms.
